THE GUARANTEEIf you are not happy with my work in your booth for any reason at the end of day one, tear up the contract, send me home, and get a full refund for the remaining show days. No client has ever taken me up on it.

There are booths that get walked past, and booths that draw crowds. Let's keep your booth full!

You already know how this goes. Half the attendees never walk down your aisle. Most who do take a glance and keep moving. And then there's the hit-and-run visitor who grabs a t-shirt and walks off before you can get a badge scan. That could have been your best lead of the show, but they're gone for good.

You are spending too much on this booth to go home short of your goals.

Most booth add-ons do nothing to attract leads

Coffee machines, candy bowls, "AI photo booths"...? None of these will draw a crowd and warm them up. Rob is a LEAD-GENERATING entertainer who draws a crowd and warms them up for your sales team.

Rob stops traffic and qualifies your leads

He has a background in sales, marketing and copywriting as a business owner himself. All of this is used within an engaging and entertaining performance to warm up attendees for your sales team.

Magic isn't the only option!

If magic isn't a good fit for your brand, no problem. Rob will act as your booth presenter to narrate your live demo or pitch your product. Yes, he can memorize your script!

Two ways to draw leads to your booth:

Trade Show Magician Rob Anderson performs at a booth at an airline trade show as a crowd of attendees claps.

OPTION 1

Trade Show Magician

A lead-generating magic performance designed to stop traffic in your aisle, hold a crowd, and move them toward your sales team genuinely wanting the conversation. This is the same interactive magic Rob has performed on TV and for 50 million viewers, rebuilt around your product and your message.

✓  Draws a crowd where there was an empty aisle
✓  Warms attendees up before the handoff
✓  Recovers the hit-and-run swag grabbers
✓  Your message inside the performance

Trade Show Presenter Rob Anderson prepares to introduce a CEO to the stage for his clients trade show booth at CES

OPTION 2

Trade Show Presenter (no magic)

Magic is not right for every brand, and Rob will tell you straight if yours is one of them. Hand him a microphone instead. He has hosted TV and events for thousands of people and can run your script or put his improv background to work live on the floor.

✓  Pitches your product or service directly
✓  Narrates your live demo in real time
✓  Learns your script, or improvises around it
✓  Draws in people who would walk past

MORE THAN MAGIC

More than a magic act. This is a lead-generating service.

Most "trade show performers" show up at the booth, ask what the product does, and start doing tricks. That is not how this works. Rob does homework on your brand before the show, because a performance that does not understand your buyer cannot qualify anyone for your sales team.

Before the show

✓  Learns your product or service, and the real needs of your customers
✓  Consults with your team on booth strategy, traffic flow and staffing
✓  Builds your message into the performance rather than making it an afterthought

On the floor

✓  Performs at the edge of your booth and stops people who would normally walk by
✓  Warms up and qualifies the right leads with pain points and solutions during the act
✓  Passes warmed up leads to your sales reps all day long

THE RISK IS ON ME, NOT YOU

My guarantee: if it doesn't work, send me home.

You've already spent a small fortune on the booth, setup, show services, travel... Adding a performer shouldn't feel like one more risky expense. So here is my offer: work with me through the first day of your show. If you are not happy for any reason, tear up the contract, send me home, and get a full refund for the remaining days.

In over a decade of trade show work, no client has ever taken me up on it. The offer still stands.

What exhibitors say after the show

“Everyone was saying that this was the best demo of the day! I'm so glad that we brought Rob in to highlight our product and show an entertainment value that was lacking at the other booths. I highly recommend him!”

Meghan Kramer
Marketing Director, Home Depot
Mike Faster, CEO Coyote Creek Consulting

“Rob Anderson helped us in our booth with our magic theme, but even if I didn't have a magic theme, I would hire Rob again. He helped us draw a lot of traffic to our booth, he was able to incorporate our marketing message into his routine, he drew a crowd in and they loved it! It made people want to visit us and register so we could collect their lead information. Thank you, Rob!”

Mike Faster
President & CEO, Coyote Creek Consulting

"Rob was practically one of the sales team at our trade show booth. He drew so many new leads in with his magic and passed them onto our sales team. Thank you Rob!"

Katrina
VP of Marketing, CX Connect

"It’s only the first hour of the day at the trade show, and Rob already brought us at least 10 new leads. He’s doing a great job and is an amazing addition to our trade show booth!"

Anshuman Pendy
Director of Sales, Fravity.ai

"You’re a natural… thank you for all you’ve done for us at CES. You’re a part of the Indiegogo family now."

David Mandelbrot
CEO, Indiegogo

"My company hired Rob to perform at an event we hosted during CES. He not only executes top-flight magic and mentalism; he also mingles effortlessly with strangers, a skill some people consider nearly as difficult as magic. I’d hire Rob again and recommend him to companies looking for a unique and memorable entertainer."

Matt Collins
Vice President, Simulmedia

The easy steps to get started:

1. Send us your show info

Tell us as much as you can about your trade show, booth and your goals. Rob will take a look at your show dates and let you know right away if he's available.

2. Booth strategy call

We'll have a short call to learn what your goals are for the show, how many leads you need to get, and your brand messaging. Afterward, you'll get a transparent quote the same day.

3. You book, and leave the rest to Rob

Rob learns your product, builds your message into the performance, and shows up ready to work your booth to help make you the talk of the show and blow past your goals.

Questions exhibitors ask before they book

What does a trade show magician actually do in a booth?

Rob works the aisle in front of your booth performing short, interactive magic with everyday objects for whoever walks by. The performance is built to do three jobs at once: stop people who were about to walk past, hold them long enough to deliver your message, and hand them to your sales staff already warmed up and in a good mood. It runs continuously through the hours you book, not as a few scheduled shows.

How is this different from just hiring any magician?

Most magicians are entertainers, full stop. They will draw a small crowd, perform, and the crowd will drift away. Rob is an entrepreneur with a background in sales, marketing and copywriting, so the performance is designed backwards from what you actually need: badge scans and qualified conversations. He learns your product, consults on booth strategy before the show, and treats your sales team as the destination rather than an afterthought.

What if we do not want magic at our booth?

Then do not book it. Magic is a tool for conveying your message, and it is not right for every brand. Rob offers straight trade show presenter services: he will learn your script, pitch your product, or narrate your live demo in real time. Same crowd-drawing effect, no cards or coins involved.

Do you travel to our show?

Yes. Rob is based in Las Vegas, which means CES and the other big Vegas shows come with no travel cost and a performer who knows the convention centers, the load-in quirks and the union rules. For shows anywhere else in the country, travel is quoted with the booking.

What does it cost, and how is it quoted?

Trade show work is quoted per show, based on the number of days, the hours per day, travel, and how much custom preparation your product needs. It is a professional fee for a professional who will move your numbers, not an hourly rate for entertainment. Given what you are already spending on the booth, the relevant question is what an extra few hundred qualified conversations is worth to your pipeline. Send your show details and you will have a clear number in writing quickly.

What do you need from us in the booth?

Very little. A few square feet at the front of the booth, ideally facing the aisle. No stage, no AV, no power, no setup time. For presenter work a microphone and speaker help, and Rob will tell you exactly what to arrange when you book.

How far in advance should we book?

For major shows, months. CES and the big annual shows fill Rob’s calendar first and he only takes a limited number of shows a year so each client gets the preparation they paid for. That said, if your show is in three weeks, send it anyway.

Ready to fill your booth with warmed up traffic?

Send us the details and we'll respond, usually the same day, with availability for your show. No obligation, no pressure, no agency in the middle.

Remember the guarantee: if you are not happy at the end of day one, tear up the contract and take a full refund for the rest of the show.
